The Nightlands respond to the will of those that visit the darkened realm whether to unleash chaos or bring order. And no conviction is stronger than that of the Blackwatch. How will you shape the Nightlands? Pre-registration and costuming required for this live, interactive, story-based adventure. For ages 13-19. The PowerHouse regional youth conference will return to Camp Mack again this year, providing a weekend of worship, workshops, music, recreation, and more for senior high youth in the Midwest and their advisors. The Church of the Brethren BVS and Workcamp staff will provide leadership for the weekend on the theme "Plug In: to God, each other & the world" based on 3 John 1:13-14. Cost is $80 for youth, $70 for advisors and will go up $10 if you register after October 21. Registration is LIVE at www.manchester.edu/powerhouse. By using our simple drawing method and weekly format certified instructors help students create original works of art beyond what they thought possible. Pure Sweat Basketball is pleased to announce The Complete Player Clinic led by Alan Stein and Jordan Delp. These unprecedented clinics will be held at Augustana College - Carver Center for Physical Education on Sunday, May 15th. Pure Sweat Skills Clinic give players the opportunity to work with certified Pure Sweat Skills Coach, Jordan Delp, as well as experience drills and techniques that Pure Sweat Founder, Drew Hanlen, uses with his college and NBA clients on a daily basis. The Pure Sweat Performance (formerly Cutting Edge Performance) led by Alan Stein, founder of Stronger Team, the Head Performance Coach for the internationally renowned DeMatha Catholic High School basketball program and lead Performance Coach for the Nike Basketball Academy, focuses on improving basketball athleticism. The clinic addresses warm-up, movement preparation, mobility, core strength, explosiveness, quickness, agility and reaction. Pure Sweat Basketball recently acquired Nike Performance Coach Alan Stein & his company, Stronger Team, to create Pure Sweat Performance Training. The Digital Arts Experiences Minecraft Build-Off Tournament IS BACK! Participants will have 1 hour to build in creative mode by choosing from a list of 3 categories. Previous tournament choices were "Fortress", "Dragon", "Roller Coaster", "Modern House", and "Space Ship". Similarly, we will give new categories to choose from! We encourage you to bring your own computer as we set up a nice space in our main area to compete with other kids, adding to the social aspect of the game. Prizes will be given to winners based on judging. All participants will go home with a small prize regardless of win or lose! Coffee and donuts will be provided by The DAE staff.
