Gear Up Football is excited to announce its Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp! This 1-Day camp is for ages 6 - 14 (1st Grade - 8th Grade). Our camp instructors will include current and former NFL, CFL & AFL players who will provide a hands-on approach with the campers. The camp will focus on proper warm-up techniques, positional fundamentals, and most importantly safety training! *This is a non-contact clinic, so there is no equipment needed What is Gear Up Football? Gear Up Football is a division of Gear Up Sports LLC. Gear Up Football's sole purpose is to teach the fundamentals of the game with a safety first mindset while instilling our character-based training for the youth of Ellis County and surrounding areas. Faith's Winter Madness Auditioning Camp for Youth - Albuquerque, NM
SHARE WITH OTHERS Dear Parents: The kids are out of school and you are wondering what to do with them while you shop? Join Faith Hibbs-Clark, CSA casting director as she hosts her funnest and most informative kids auditioning camp ever! Your child (ages 8 to 16) will enjoy an entire day of educational games and audition lessons and fun! They will have so much fun with the holiday themed "party" they won't even catch on to the fact they are learning. They will work with holiday themed commercials as well as holiday themed film scripts, compete in fun and festive competitions, create projects, and enjoy a good old fashioned pizza lunch. $150/$140 if registered and paid for by December 1st 2015. December 21st 2015 9 AM to 4 PM Held at Sol Acting Academy in ABQ, NM Taught by Faith Hibbs-Clark, CSA casting director who has been casting for 16+ years! Discover the secrets of our finned ocean friends - whales, seals, and more! Each day will bring new adventures and opportunities to experience marine mammals in our amazing Monterey Bay Sanctuary: learn field identification skills aboard a whale watching vessel; study the unique adaptations sea lions, seals and otters have to survive life in the sea; practice surfing like a dolphin! Summer Remediation 2016 - Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School
Students who earned D or F grades in either semester of the 2015-2016 school year may be required to remediate those grades in order to move to the next course in the sequence, receive graduation units, and/or remain eligible for college admissions. SJND offers summer remediation on campus through online course providers in a supervised learning environment. Students have the option to work with academic content tutors and receive personalized attention and course management from the Summer Academics Coordinator and staff. For those who need to take a second remediation course, we strongly recommend finishing one before starting the second. This class is an "actors gymnasium," where you will be asked to follow direction, learn what directors look for on set, and get invaluable feedback on your work. Donna Morong, noted Casting Director and Acting Teacher, will provide feedback alongside a guest director as you are filmed performing scenes from film and TV. Students will learn how to work on-set under pressure in a simulated professional environment. Previous directors include: Randall Zisk (Scandal, The Mentalist, Monk), Gary Fleder (Homefront), Damon Santostefano (Three To Tango), Will Geiger (Elvis and Anabelle), Brett Simon (Assassination of a High School President), and Anna Mastro (Guidance,Walter). "I encourage my students to take risks, explore different choices and delve more deeply into the characters they are portraying. I provide an environment that is close to a professional work situation without the pressure of having to prove anything. I hope to develop their own internal sense of emotional truth as it applies to film, theater and television roles.
