Kid's Summer Yoga Camp - Canby, OR
Balance and Harmony is happy to announce our first summer yoga camp for children ages 3-5. This camp will introduce your child to basic yoga poses and breathing exercises through story, songs and games. Each class will also include a creative activity that reinforces our yoga practice. Children will bring a packed snack and we will enjoy time outside at Wait Park. Taught by Sherry Wolfson. Sherry holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a 200 hour Yoga Teaching Certificate. She began teaching preschool and special education over 30 years ago and has taught yoga to preschoolers at Childswork Learning Center in Portalnd for the past 3 years. Classes will be held for 5 weeks (July 1st - 29th) on Wednesdays from 1:00-4:00. Fee-$150 for all 5 days. Sunshine Family Expos returns to Tampa in March with its Kids Fest & Summer Camp Fair. In 2017, we have expanded the event to 2 days, moved locations to triple its size, and added more activities! This FREE event offers kids activities to include inflatable fun, face painting, toddler and big kid activity zones, balloon animals, character meet & greets, laser tag arena, and so much more! Parents and caregivers can visit with our sponsors and vendors who will be sharing their local products and services, information on how to raise happy, healthy kids, and help with finding the perfect summer camp! Come join head coach John Kwok and the St. Thomas basketball staff for an intensive 4-day camp to better maximize your summer basketball season. Current and former STH basketball players will complete the staff promoting individual development through a variety of skill instruction sessions and competitive daily scrimmages with an emphasis on offensive / defensive team concepts.
