Youth & Teen Summer Sports Camp - Brentwood, MO
Shockwave Fitness and Performance Sports Camps offer the perfect combination of expert training and FUN! Every parent wants greatness for their child/teen and our camps are designed to do just that! Our multi-sport camps are designed to improve every aspect of athletic development and sports performance, taking your young athlete from GOOD to GREAT. Camps are structured as followed; (age group appropriate) athletic development & conditioning untilizing calisthenics, medicine balls, bands, plyometrics, kettle bells, battle ropes, barbells, etc and multi-directional speed; dynamic running and technique, linear and lateral acceleration and deceleration, lateral shuffle, change of direction, cross over, retreatng skills, cutting, mistake recovery, and lots more. Summer Camp '15 - New Port Richey, FL
Summer Camp '15 will be here before we know it. The projected dates are August 3rd - 6th (may be subject to change). Total cost is $275 per student. Early bird pricing is $225 and that is ONLY with a non-refundable $125 deposit in by APRIL 1st. After April all deposits are $100 to reserve your spot with total cost $275. ALL $money$ is DUE by July 23rd. The location is TBA. You do not want to miss out, the sooner you get your deposits in the better. Stay tuned more details to follow. Pulse Dance Team - Summer Intensive Camp - Seattle Preparatory School
The Pulse Dance Team Summer Intensive is a training camp for our current members and all Seattle Prep students who are interested in joining the 2016-17 team. The dancers will be learning an array of hip hop styles including high energy and acrobatics, hard hitting isolations, and even lyrical hip hop. We will also be learning core techniques and skills in dance such as improvisation, conditioning of the body, learning choreography faster and how to give quality performances.
