Bitty Ball Spring Camp Ages 4-6 - Recreation Center at Michelle Obma School of Techn
Specifically designed for your Lil Hoopers, your child ages 4-6 will learn the basics of the game in a fun, learning environment. For the first few weeks, players are given a skills camp experience and fundamentals are taught. Then participants will compete in games/scrimmages, where parents can encourage their child and see their progress. All participants will receive a shirt. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Refund requests made prior to the start date of a program will be cheerfully given less a 5% refund fee. Students will work with clay and learn basic sculptural techniques, including modeling, adding and taking away material. Students will work from objects as models or from their imagination, creating both abstract and figurative sculptures. Learn how to construct light armature as well as techniques for constructing hollow cylinders and spheres and cuboids as the base of their forms. We tip our hats to the old Aquatics Week that some old timers remember. But retro is not what we are going for. This week all of our campers will have a chance to sail, canoe, kayak, and PADDLEBOARD. Join us as we discover with you the joys yet another self-propelled water sport. Paddleboard the outlet stream, sail a great Adirondack Lake, kayak a great river, and learn from the sport that started it all: canoeing! We will be on the water all week, so be prepared to start right away on Sunday. 518-631-6789
