Do you love to move, run, and be active? Do you like to play sports and be part of a team? If so, Program Director Monika Carbochova is ready for you to join the fun! This high-energy camp will explore the following sports: soccer, flag football, Wiffle ball, kickball, ultimate Frisbee, and anything else we can find to have fun outside. Floor hockey, basketball, and indoor games can also give relief from summer storms or heat. Enjoy 3 hours of the most delicious game buffet. Have fun with friends; keep fit; and master new skills. Northern Knights Youth Football Camp (Grades 3-8) Northern Knights Youth Football camp emphasizes the fundamental techniques needed to play football. Camp is NON-CONTACT. It will teach skills that are vital to the athlete and will allow the athlete to reach their fullest potential. Coaches will provide a high energy and fast paced program in an environment that provides competition in the safest setting possible. Description: There is nothing like stepping out onto the Sheakley Athletic Complex under the lights. Our Saturday Night Lights Camp is an up-tempo evening of football with the Cincinnati Coaching Staff and top college coaches from the Midwest. This camp will be held at our practice complex under the lights, simulating a game day environment. Campers will go through combine style testing demos, position drills, 1-on-1 drills, speed drills, and on field competitions focusing on proper techniques and fundamentals. All One Day Camps feature in person instruction by the University of Cincinnati Football Coaches, along with many other coaches from FBS, FCS, Division II, and Division III level Colleges. A Member of the Cincinnati Football Staff will lead each Position. Camp is open to football players going into Grades 9 to 12 in the fall of 2016, CHECK IN/CHECK OUT PROCEDURES • Check In – Saturday June 4, 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., Linder Athletic Center • Closing Remarks – 7:00 pm., Sheakley Athletic Complex WHAT TO BRING • Any special shoes you may use.
