I sent my teenager to the Taft Summer School in Watertown, CT this past summer and I am so glad I did! She was able to get intensive learning in a school environment, but it wasn't school. On the weekend of October 14-16 it's officially ADULT SWIM at the Cathedral Domain. Camp Indian Summer is an opportunity for grown-up kids of all ages to leave their worries and responsibilties at the foot of the mountain and spend a few days being a kid again. Explore the streams, caves and forest trails on the 800 acre Cathedral Domain property located in the Daniel Boone National Forest. Students will be introduced to, and explore a wide variety of exercises that are challenging yet fun. The camp will consist of multiple stations where students engage in exploratory learning using weights, jump ropes, exercise balls, medicine balls, fitness bands, multiple I-pad fitness applications, kettle bells, speed ladders, and much more!
