Introduction to Coding Camp - Mercer Island- Community Center
Coding Camp follows a progressive computer science curriculum that teaches kids how to code using Scratch, an event-driven visual drag & drop programming language developed by MIT Media Lab. Kids will learn fundamental computer programming concepts, techniques and best practices while learning to code interactive computer programs and games based upon the TechSmartKids Coders methodology. Discrete Mathematics - Ensworth High School
Discrete mathematics is a class designed to enhance problem solving and logical thinking. Possible topics are general problem solving and algorithms, recurrence relations, mathematical induction, voting and apportionment, consumer and financial math, graph theory, and number theory. The course explores problem-solving techniques that are not studied in any other courses at Ensworth, so it can accompany both regular and Advanced Placement courses.
