Campers will learn about the Science of Robotics with historical information, discoveries and advances in robot technology. Newtons Laws will be emphasized all week and each camper will receive three robot kits to work on. Campers will be able to take home their remote controlled robots! This year, Terrific Scientific will be featuring our 3-in-1 All Terrain Robot kit and our 14-1 Solar Robot. In addition to these projects, campers will learn how to solder with our space alarm-soldering project. Learning the skills of wiring, gear building, and soldering will allow campers to go on to more sophisticated robot creations. The 3-in-1 All Terrain Robot is a multi-function tracked mobile robotic kit. Utilize different track modules and make your robot transform into 3 amazing variations: the forklift, rover, and gripper. Using the wired controller, command the robot to move forward, backward, turn, grip and lift. The 14-1 Educational Solar Robot Kit is an innovative solar powered science kit that can transform into 14 different robot modes. Youth Ski Trip 2016 - Freedom, NH
Youth Ski Trip: for our 7th-12th grade students from Friday February 26th to Sunday February 28th we will be at Camp Calumet in West Ossipee, New Hampshire for a wonderful and blessed weekend of skiing and being in fellowship with one another. Make sure to sign up and get your forms located on the Sunday School Bulletin Board. Make sure to come to the meeting on February 7th before church at 8:30am to fill out paperwork, go over the weekend and to make payments. Friends are welcome! Cost is $130.00 per person this year and if you are in need of rentals or lessons, it will be an additional $24.00 each. Please make sure to attend our Brunch Fundraiser on February 7th after church to raise funds for travel and for our chaperones.

Lets Play Spanish (Grades PreK-5th) - Ethical Culture
Hola! Join us this summer at Lets Play in Spanish, where students will learn and practice their vocabulary and conversational skills in a fun environment. The focus will be on learning Spanish through music, art, food, and field trips. Classes will be held indoors and outdoors. Field trips vary each week. Attendance for both weeks is preferable but not required. "Ambiguitos En Espanol" - a perfect option for our younger campers. "Ambiguitos En Espanol" will introduce the earliest learners to the Spanish language through games, music, dramatic play and art. Through language immersion as well as bilingual curriculum, camper will practice conversational Spanish and increase their Spanish vocabulary. For children entering 5th or 6th grade: Each day, students will attend six periods with a fifteen-minute recess and snack after third period. They will attend four intellectually stimulating and fun-filled classes including: Brain Booster, Adventures in Art, Science Shakedown, and Fun and Fitness. For the remaining two periods, children may choose between On Stage, a performing arts class which spans two periods, or a Keyboarding and Wild About Writing option. USF June Full Day Futsal Camp - USF Corbett Soccer Stadium
Our full day Futsal camp is from 9am-4pm daily, Monday-Thursday. Futsal camp will help players improve technically and forces them to play quicker, be creative, and use correct techniques for receiving, turning and passing. To keep the ball, players have to be always moving and adjusting to keep up with the speed of play. Camp includes training in both our indoor gymnasiums and outdoors, all you can eat buffet style lunch in USFs air-conditioned dining hall on campus Monday-Thursday.
