My son is going to be a senior this upcoming year and this past summer, he wanted to go to ASM Materials, Metallurgy, and Forensics Engineering Institute in Rapid City, SD. We reluctantly sent him, but were amazed at all the wonderful things he learned and did while he was there. He had hands-on learning in an educational environment about materials, metals, building and engineering. It was as if he has gone away for a semester of college. Tampa Bay Krewe Rugby Youth Camp - Tampa, FL
Next Camp is May 7th! We are holding another kids camp on Saturday May 7th. Our first few camps have gone great and we are hoping to continue building, bringing out new faces, and learning the game. Please bring out any kids, boys or girls, ages 6-12 years whether they be your own kids or others that you invite. All activities are non-contact, touch-style rugby. We got our parade rained on a little bit for the last camp, the weather turned quickly overnight on us when the storms weren't expected to show up until the afternoon. We will keep on eye on the report leading up to the event and make an announcement if necessary. Please spread the word!

Rebels, Outsiders, and Visionaries - NCSSM Durham Campus
Description: In this course we will look at cultural pioneers, those who dared to push the boundaries of art, music, film and literature, and the profound effect they had on the status quo. We will explore a wide variety of artists, from William Blake (poet/artist) and Art Blakey (jazz drummer) to Chuck D (activist, emcee, author) and David Lynch (film maker). We will also harness alternate and augmented reality technology to create an interactive installation on NCSSMs campus. Goals: Participants will understand the role of the rebel and how the rebels outsider perspective creates cultural change. Participants will be also work collaboratively to plan and build both an augmented reality exhibit and an alternate reality game to teach participants about the history of rebellious artists and thinkers. 919-416-2635
