Please join us for the Wagner College Mens Lacrosse January Prospect Clinic! The clinic is a great opportunity for prospective student-athletes to improve as players and to learn what its like to be a college athlete. Youll also get the chance to meet head coach Matt Poskay, his assistants, and the Seahawk Lacrosse players who will also be working with you during the event. During the morning session, participants will work closely with Wagner coaches and players in order to further develop skills that will help them with both their high school and club lacrosse programs. During lunch, there will be an information session where participants will learn what its like to balance academics and athletics at the Division I level. Finally, during the afternoon field session, participants will have the opportunity to play and compete against other future college lacrosse players. Participants must bring all necessary equipment, including a mouth guard. Please bring a bag lunch as well. Water will be provided. This Boy Scout Ranch Camp was established in 1983. My 14 year old son would not miss signing up for this summer camp. Nestled in over 200 miles of rugged country it is the perfect place to camp and explore nature. Our son liked the diverse topography of the land. As we experience true love–a love that is there in the hard times as well as the good, a love that is there when we’re doing well or when we are failing, a love that will walk with us through healing as well as celebrate our victories–that is when we find true freedom. This kind of love is only found in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. This will be a weekend of finding this kind of love as our speaker, Kevin Butcher, guides us through this topic. Join us for a weekend of fun community and spiritual growth as we head to Angola, Indiana for this year's Fall Getaway! Check is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14th. We'll have times of Biblical teaching and heartful worship, as well as plenty of time to just hang out and have fun together. And if you need to study, there is time for that too. This camp is designed to help 11 to 14 year old girls develop sound field hockey fundamentals and a love of the game, all while having fun! Players will learn individual skills, starting with how to hold a field hockey stick and progressing to dribbling, shooting, dodges, and individual defense. We will also work on team skills such as passing, team defense, corners and much more. Players will have a chance to develop and improve their field hockey ability through drills and games.
