Instructor: Twila Brock Beginning and advanced beginner students will have the opportunity to continue developing their skills in the various approaches to throwing functional ware on the wheel under the guidance of Twila Brock who specializes in this area. Instruction will be focused on basic techniques. Forms will be thrown, altered, and assembled to create various vessels. Projects will be tailored to the students skill level. Glazing techniques will also be addressed. Students must provide a clean towel each week. No extra supplies will be necessary. *7 Tuesdays beginning April 14 & 1 Thursday, May 28 (20 hours total) 2 PLUs for GA teachers are available; to coordinate please contact the GHIA Education Director. 706-722-5495

5) Yellow Strikers - Bolles San Jose Campus
Our "Yellow Strikers" class is designed for those players who are actively competing. Typically, this includes high school varsity and/or ranked players. Players will refine technical form, physical fitness and mental toughness to prepare for advanced level competition. Building upon a sound tennis foundation coaches will foster an understanding of the singles and doubles strategies necessary to compete at the tournament level. *Entrants must sign up for a minimum of 2 days per week.* 904-256-5071

This option is for campers ages 3 & 4 Camped Up is a day camp program located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for children with a hearing loss, using an oral approach. Our mission is to provide a community in which each child will be able to socialize with other hearing aid and cochlear implant users, gain self advocacy skills and have a blast in a unique listener friendly environment. A week long day camp adventure at Camp Fire Northwest Ohios Camp Glen in Tiffin, Ohio. Day Campers can enjoy all the benefits of going to a Camp Fire camp during the day at Camp Glen, while returning to their home each night. Camp Glen is located on the banks of the Sandusky River just outside of McCutchensville. You and your team will compete throughout the week playing fun minute to win it games, as well as other exciting competitions. See if your team can race to the top of the leader board! Our field trip will be to the sensational City Museum in St. Louis, MO. As always, we will provide a yummy lunch for a fantastic food Friday. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are paying a deposit of $20 to reserve your week, the remainder of the payment will automatically set to be deducted from your credit card the Monday of the week before the camp begins.
