Spend your Spring break playing basketball with EBI at Hidden Valley location Bellevue Boys and Girls Club. This camp is taught by Felicia Johnson. Each day will practice skis such as dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, etc. All skill levels are welcome. We will end the day with a scrimmage and some fun games. Summer Art Camp for Kids babaMonday-Friday, July 11-15, 9-12am Special outdoor dinner and performance on Friday, July 15, beginning at 6pm. Explore new areas in the arts at Summer Art Camp, July 11-15 at Ozark Folkways! Create giant masks and bring the characters of the Russian folk tale Baba Yaga to life as you experiment with music-making, movement, and mime! There will be witches, magical animals, fabulous costumes, lights, music and action: fun for all levels. Everyone will take part in a final performance at dusk on Friday, July 15 on our outdoor stage, the Crow’s Nest. The community will be invited to join in a weiner roast before the show, and then to marvel at the amazing performance the kids will have put together in a single week! Cost is $25 per child and includes all supplies and a healthy mid morning snack each day. Space is limited! Pre-registration is required and spots are available on a first come first serve basis. Dance Express Camp - Jefferson County Community Center
This camp is a great way for dancers to have the opportunity to try many types of dance. Each class will begin with a warm-up stretch and flexibility workout. The, 30 minutes of each class will be dedicated to ballet technique, which is the root of all dance styles. The students will explore new styles of dance. Monday and Wednesday will be dedicated to Lyrical, Tuesday and Thursday will be dedicated to Jazz and Hip Hop. Each day the students will finish class working on a small dance piece that they will perform for parents on the last day of camp. Beginning Traditional Strings (Fridays) - Viewpoint School
The Beginning Traditional Strings class is for students in Third and Fourth Grade who have no experience and wish to play violin, viola, cello or bass in a traditional class setting. The class will focus on proper instrument posture, note reading and repertoire from the Essential Elements for Strings. These weekly, hour-long lessons include a snack and short break. Students must rent or purchase their own instruments. A book and other instructional materials will be provided. Classes meet on Fridays from 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. 818-591-6597

Unlike the "olden days", when fun was dependent on whatever was readily available, so much of todays youth leisure time is spent staying connected through technology. What would happen if suddenly all that went away? "A Kids Life" will explore that possibility, and thats where the fun and music all begin! The StagePlay program also incorporates valuable life lessons such as teamwork, commitment, conquering fear, being prepared, confidence and theater etiquette. On the last day of camp, our talented young stars perform for friends and family, showing off all that they have learned in only one week. Participants will receive a souvenir camp t-shirt.
