Before settling on the 4-H Center for our daughter's summer camp we had the chance to take a tour. We were very impressed. The bunkrooms were spotless. Although I can only imagine what will happen when the kids move in! They have a full program that is sure to keep the kids busy and challenged throughout their stay. I will provide 45 minutes of life skills and 45 minutes of fitness during each session. Teen and parent must agree to participate in all eight sessions. Sessions will be held twice a week. PM DemiGod Day Camp - Bethany Christian School Campus
Are you ready to live like a Greek God? Well, maybe not quite THAT great, but we WILL be experiencing how the Ancient Greeks lived, in the spirit of the Percy Jackson books! Camp participants (DemiGods) will create maps, Wear Greek clothing, play capture the flag - Greek style, write names in ancient Greek, make banners recognizing their own unique abilities, eat the food of the Gods of Olympus, and battle it out to the death with hand made Greek weapons! (Of course, we will just be acting-no actual deaths will occur.) If you are worthy, you will be chosen to join the DemiGod Day camp. 480-833-7338

In this class you are introduced to all the fundamental skills of improvising, while improving your ability to listen and explore the power of building off of other peoples ideas. Level 1 is a survey of the entire program, exposing you to the elements of scene work and the various skills involved in creating well-acted, comedic improvisation. Passing Criteria: Students must demonstrate that their listening has improved over the course of the term and that they are willing to build off of their partners ideas, in addition to having gained some proficiency with the technical aspects of actually doing so on stage.
