After Camp Care for KidSport the week of 8/1 - 8/5 Parents/guardians come into school to sign out and pick up camper. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. I have sent my kids there for three years now, and I do not regret a single penny spent! They have great facilities, great trips and now that my kids are older (11 and 13) they have fun overnights! My oldest boy is now talking about how excited he is to get a summer job at this camp when he turns 14 and be like the great counselors he has had. 2nd Annual Summer Youth Camp - Manteno, IL
We will be taking 20 young men ages 10 to 18 to Camp Shaw-was-nas-see for three days and two nights of fun, learning and relaxation. Activities included at this event are First Aid, Map & Compass Reading, Basketball, Swimming, Archery, Nature Trail Walks, Zip Lines, Strength and Endurance Training, Mens Rap, where on last year we talked about the detriments of gangs, drugs and violence, and much much more. All meals will be provided. Last year we paid $60 per person to go to this event but through the generous donations of our donors we didnt have to charge any of the families for their young men to participate in this event. We were also able to purchase our insuance and supplies through our donors. This year we have been given a discount $50 per camper and we are praying for the same support this year. Full Event Name: SUMMER CAMP - 6-Day/5-Night Multi-Sport Adventure Camp for Navigators (ages 12-19) Two sessions: June 26-July 1, 2016 and August 14-19, 2016 (Sunday through Friday) Location: Errol, New Hampshire Tuition: $1,165 pp, all inclusive: 15 meals, guided day trips, equipment rentals, outdoor educational activities, local nature & history talks, and transportation from North Conway to Errol, New Hampshire, and back. Wrestling Camp - Germantown Friends School
The Germantown Friends School Wrestling Camp is open to students of any ability. Our goal is to give you a dynamic week of training tailored to your ability that will help build the foundation for a great wrestling career. We provide a safe, enjoyable environment and emphasize the ethical aspects of the sport. Participants will work on techniques in the morning, including set-up actions, positions, throws, offense, counter offense, bottom, and more. Live wrestling will take place during the afternoon. The camp will be divided into two groups, junior wrestlers (grades 1 - 5) and senior wrestlers (grades 6 - 12). GFS Wrestling coach and former college wrestler Paul Hammond will not only be directing the camp, but he also will be sharing his passion for the sport he has been practicing since he was fourteen.
