23rd annual Boys and Girls Grade 5-11 basketball camp traditional style with day, extended or overnighth options Camp begins on Sunday with check-in and registration from 12-1. Camp starts for all campers at 1:15. Day Campers should be at the camp on Sunday from 12-5. Monday - Thursday from 8-5. Camp ends for all campers on Thursday at 4:15 pm. The Specialty Basketball Camp was created in response to the need for a more disciplined learning program in the New England area. This camp is an intense session of teaching and practicing the game of basketball. Our camp emphasizes skills, preparation, and traditional aspects with our Positive Teaching Style. Experienced instructors will build on each players foundation of knowledge and skill and introduce our Advanced Techniques to play the game. Join us on Sunday, July 10th for a special one-hour Boot Camp Fitness Class to support New York Road Runners' (NYRR) Youth Programs, which serve over 200,000 students annually with free running and fitness experiences. During this special Boot Camp Fitness Class hosted by Michelle Stiglitz, you will sweat your way through a series of various exercise all to support a good cause. The class will be held outdoors in Clove Lakes park. We will meet promptly at 9:00am on the Martling Avenue Bridge (near the Staten Island Zoo parking lot) Please bring a mat or towel and a bottle of water. *All fitness levels are welcome to participate! Aftercare 4:00-5:00pm - Villa Academy
After your childs afternoon camp they will be escorted to aftercare by Villa Ventures Staff. Here the staff will provide safe, stimulating, and enjoyable experiences. All activities support Villa Academys mission of fostering self-esteem, an inquiring mind, a joy for learning, and a compassionate and ethical spirit. There will be a balance between individual and group activities, quiet time, and recreational time. If you are running late please call 206-234-8885 so we can let your child know. You will be charged a $3/minute late fee after 5:05pm.
