BodyRite Training Teen Sport Camp - Jamesport, NY
We are excited to announce that BodyRite will be hosting a series of teen athletic camp programs this summer. Many young athletes are looking to improve their abilities in the off season and we believe BodyRite Teens Sport Camp will help enhance athletic skills and performance by using simple methods and sound science. The camp will run three separate sessions in two week sessions, starting July 11th from 11am to 2pm. The best part of the camp, is that no matter what ability level, the camper will progress. Whether an athlete or not, this camp is designed to help any teen interested in working out learn the basics of proper movement, strength training, and sound nutrition. We welcome all abilities ages 13 through 18. Coupling intelligent programming with sport specific nutrition, we will teach the athlete or interested fitness enthusiast how to move better for their sport, and how to fuel thier bodies properly for optimal performance.

Will it be Animating, Collages, Painting, Illustrating, Jewelry Designing, Clay Art & more. You can choose which 3 classes you would love to experience. You & your child can pick which art activities they want to do each day. We have an array of fun, innovative & artistic options. Each child will be able to pick up to three different activities a day. Our goal with the C.O.C. Art Days is to create artistic roots for the children. Art is a very fun, relaxing & engaging activity. C.O.C. bases their art days off of the Victor, NY Public School Calendar. We are adding more Art Days for families attending schools in different districts. All camp days begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. We do have early arrival & late pick up available for parents. *Kids are asked to bring a bagged lunch. -Snacks are provided. This is the HALF DAY option for Young Chemist. It is time for Glues, Brews and Goos! From our stock pile of hundreds of recipes and formulas, we have chosen our top favorite chemistry activities. Campers will love exploring and examining the results of these crazy chemical concoctions! Campers will also realize the importance of measurement and sequencing, especially as they create some edible experiments! (If your child has any food allergies, please make sure to include that on your online registration form). These exciting experiments are sure to delight and spark the science minds of our youngest little campers, ages 4 and 5. Sample Projects: Invisible Ink, Funny Putty, Magic Bubble Paint, Make your own Chewing Gum, and much more! Our pre-k half day camps are 9am-1pm with pre camp options available as well!
