Come play the Beautiful Game! Play soccer on Randalls Island with Corbins Crusaders experienced coaches. Children will work on fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, defensive skills and team strategy in an exciting atmosphere. We play games each week. In inclement weather well be playing indoor soccer in a gym close to school. First-Fourth Grade MAXIMUM OF 18 STUDENTS. ****** In all Corbins Crusaders programs children will be picked up from Mandell at dismissal by a staff-monitored mini-yellow school bus and dropped off at home between 5:45-6:30pm. Children must live between 110th – 50th Streets in Manhattan. If your address falls outside of that range, contact the program at info@CorbinsCrusaders to make arrangements. 212-222-2925 x5416

Too Much Fun For One Summer
I was worried about what to do with the kids this summer because of my new job. Thanks to Camp Radians I didn't have to worry. They had so much fun every week. Between the swimming (which they can't get enough of) and the museum field trips I feel like they had extended recess. I also like the focus on culture through crafts and food. They will get to pitch their ideas, help form and shape the storyline, write dialogue, create characters and perform for an audience. This unique class is ideal for any student interested in all the aspects of theatre. INSTRUCTOR JOHN WALDRON received his BFA in theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University. As an actor, director, and instructor, he has been working in the region for over 20 years. He has directed shows at Aldersgate and MVCCT. John can be seen in the motion picture Talk To Me starring Don Cheadle and was featured on Investigative Discovery show Who The Bleep!. Improvisation will help them gain confidence, think on their feet, and work as an ensemble to tell a story. This class is perfect for the shy student who needs to be comfortable in front of the class or the class clown who has some wacky characters up their sleeves.
