What is it like to break the rules...on purpose?! Hip hop has a reputation for rule breaking in dance throughout its history. After all, hip hop was originally used as a peaceful way of creating change in a violent time through inter-city territory wars. In this class, students will learn about the history of hip hop, and how early hip hop created a movement in society towards positive change as we create our own dance of positive change!
