Girls and boys will enjoy the projects which incorporate STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) and Tinkering (learning by doing). Graduates of Kindergarten - 5th grade are welcome! Camp will be divided into groups of 8 children with one teacher. Topics of the camp: ● Robotics ● Programming ● Tinkering ● STEAM ● Team Work ● Leadership ● Entrepreneurship Learning objectives: ● Basic concepts of programming : events, commands, sequences of commands ● Basic Concepts of mechanics: simple machines, gears, pulleys, levers ● Intermediate concepts of programming; Program flow model, simple sensors (wait for) behaviors, decision making structures ● Real world solutions and engineering practices like: building solutions to real world problems, problem solving strategies, team work, and leadership Join us for week 2 for Robotics II. Join us for a special event just for teens out at Camp Sealth! In this special Amazing Race Edition, teens will embark on a two-day race around Camp Sealth facing challenges in their small team units. Choose a team name and create a team cheer to let others know you’ve got the spirit! Activities will include classic camp favorites with an “amazing” twist – archery, crafts, challenge course activities, relay races, skits, sports, trivia, and more! In the evening, your team will check in for a pit stop featuring a relaxing evening of tasty dinner and treats, games, and feature presentations, and awake on Sunday for a final team challenge before heading home.

Week 4 AM - Animals Extreme - Wuskenau Beach
Animals come in all shapes and sizes. Enter the strange, but true realm of symbiotic relationships, bizarre deep sea creatures, arthropods, colonial organisms, and animals living in other extreme habitats. Research and go into the field to look for some the strangest creatures on our planet. Use microscopes, look at preserved and live specimens, and dissect a strange fish. Includes: microscopes, snorkel adventures, playing in the salt pond and the ocean. 860-535-9362
