The Kingdom Kids Christmas Gala is a benefit dinner and silent auction to raise funds and awareness for Kingdom Kids Homes. We are excited to share pictures, videos, and stories about what God has done through our ministry this past year and to share our hopes and dreams for the future! This years Christmas Gala is extra special because it will also be the book release party for "The Daring Destination" - a book written by our founder, Kristie Chute, on the story behind Kingdom Kids Homes. Wednesday Mornings - Four Rock
Our Little River Otters program is modeled around German Waldkindergartens, in which all of our class time is spent entirely outside! Rolling enrollment continues based on availability Outdoor classrooms naturally create endless learning opportunities for our children to nurture their own curiosity, perhaps by following animal tracks and sign, making wild crafts with leaves and treasures found on the forest floor, or using fallen logs as balance beams. Adult mentors assist in the learning, rather than lead the teachings. This is different from a "nature preschool," which infuses lessons with nature-inspired themes and balances indoor time with outdoor time, as we will be outside the ENTIRE time in all but extreme weather conditions. Proper dress and an adventurous, curious spirit is essential... and we know thats what kids do best! 978-463-2233

For campers age 4-6. Sharks are either born from eggs or their mom has them. But however theyre born, theyre on their own as soon as theyre out in the water. That means theyve got teeth and fins and they can swim and they have to catch food. Baby Shark, go get ‘em! What does a little shark eat? Where do they find food? How big are they? Lets see. And did you know sharks have really strange sand papery skin? Youll see why. Were going to pretend were shark pups and make our own shark fins! Come fin around in the water with us! We dont bite! This class is designed to introduce and strengthen the fundamentals of voice/singing for the adult voice. Students will learn proper breathing placement and projection techniques, as well as technical and interpretive principles. In addition, students will learn to select and prepare songs for their particular voices. Limited to ages 17 and older. INSTRUCTOR BIO: BEVERLEY BENDA, a professional singer by trade, is a classical soprano with The United States Army Band Pershings Own, and Programming NCO and Script Writer for their Public Affairs Office. She has performance and teaching degrees from James Madison University, Eastern Illinois University, and The Eastman School of Music, and has appeared in a variety of musical productions including Brigadoon, Carmen, Carousel, Oklahoma!, Kismet, The Pirates of Penzance, Dialogue of the Carmelites, My Fair Lady, The Music Man, Hollywood Pinafore, Its A Grand Night for Singing, and the first revival of Call Me Mister.
