This B-boy focused intensive camp will start with a daily warm up, stretch, strength training, and skill session. Our B-boy Crew will bring the latest in street moves and tricks, and work to build a skill base for dancers to improve their abilities. This camp is open to boys and girls, all ages and abilities! Dancers will be separated into age and ability groups. The camp is intended to teach players the fundamentals of volleyball from A to Z. Players will be grouped according to their age and ability. They will receive both individual and team instruction. The USM staff is geared up to give the beginning player the skills necessary to compete, while challenging event he most advanced youngster. This camp will emphasize skill development and both individual and team concepts. Each player will receive special attention according to their individual needs. Our goal is to develop skills, team play and overall ability so that each player becomes more knowledgeable and better able to apply these concepts to game situations. The philosophy will be to improve through hard work, develop individual and team skills and to have a positive and fun experience. The Princeton University Girls Ice Hockey High School is designed for High School (entering grades 9-12) players whose aspiration is to play competitive hockey at the collegiate level. This camp features 14 hours of ice time. Morning sessions will focus on the fundamentals of skill development and power-skating. Players will learn proper body position, edge control, and how to lengthen their stride. Puck protection, passing and scoring will be skills taught. The afternoon session will consist of and team play/concepts. Players will learn all aspects of team play and will develop skills through collegiate style practices. Coaching will parallel standards we teach to our college team. Games will be played Tuesday night, Wednesday night, and Thursday morning.
