Don?t just sit at home during Spring break! Join Coach Marv Lim & MGB in this 4 day basketball camp, tournament and carnival. Each day, players will learn how to dribble, pass, shoot with balance, as well as learning proper defense using the most efficient and easy to understand drills. Players will play basketball games each day. On the last day, campers will participate in MGB?s trademark basketball carnival with TONS OF PRIZES and will play in a tournament complete with referees and scoreboard. This is an awesome event for kids who want to start playing basketball and for existing players who want to enhance their basketball knowledge & fundamentals! Campers will be divided according to skill level. Please bring a light snack each day, exercise clothing and a basketball. Husker Training Camp - University of Nebraska
Train like a Husker! Our training camp has ONLY 20 slots available. Training focuses on intensive conditioning, thorough instruction and analysis of all four strokes. All sets are written by University of Nebraska Head Coach and Former Olympian/WR Holder Pablo Morales! Advanced Comedy Camp 1 - Second City Training Center Chicago
The Second City Advanced Comedy Camp is a fully comprehensive program that dives deep into the skills required to present a Second City-style revue. Curriculum includes training in advanced scenework and long form improvisation as well as additional lessons in clowning, stand-up, and music improvisation. Students will also receive a special track jacket as a souvenir of their summer with Second City. Students will present their stand-up material on the second Friday of the program and a one-act sketch revue on the final day. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Students must submit the Advanced Comedy Camp application, a resume, headshot/photo, and a short essay to be considered for this program to Students will need to have completed at least two 14-week terms of improv training at Second City or at least two sessions in our summer camp program. Come out and learn Cheerleading under the direction of an multi award winning coach and NCS Varsity squad. Coach Amanda Beery has led her team to FCC National Championships, coached girls to win Individual and Team performance awards. During this week of camp campers will learn skills that emphasize proper form and as well as safety. Stunting: Starting with low-level skills such as thigh stands and progressing to semi-advanced stunts. Tumbling: Cartwheels, handstands and round offs. Those with a solid tumbling background will work on back handspring technique. Motions: Learn all motions and the names for each arm placement with a focus on sharp and properly executed technique. Cheers: Cheers will be taught to the participants, implementing the skills learned at camp Dance: A dance will be taught utilizing the needed to excel in cheer dance.
