"The primary goal of Academy Soccer Camps is to bring the game of soccer to as many children as possible. This developmental camp is for newcomers who want to learn the basics of soccer as well as experienced players who want to enhance their skills. Our coaches use enthusiasm and respect to bring out the best in each player. We focus on skill development, teamwork, and creating a passion for the worlds most popular game. Players will participate in training drills and a variety of games to build on and improve their soccer skills. At Academy Soccer Camps, we buld success one player at a time." They will also learn how to read a script, mark stage directions, memorize lines, audition and conquer stage fright. Students focus on acting and character development through exercises, techniques, and improvisation Actors will develop a strong understanding of character development, acting techniques and monologues, as well as theatre etiquette. This class is all about being an actor. 2nd Annual Kid's Safety Boot Camp - Angel Fire, NM

Camp Collegiate Session 8 3rd-8th grades - Wichita Collegiate School
Instructor: Hawley Session 8: Crime Busters Camp. Camp Collegiate is a fast-paced, fun-based learning experience that is meant to make summer days fly by with fun activities. Boys and girls in third through eighth grade spend their days with friends and counselors doing all of the typical camp things: swimming, cooking out on a camp fire, canoe trips, arts and crafts, having treats, horseback riding, games … and a lot of not-so-traditional things: feeding and caring for snakes and hamsters; studying ecosystems and astronomy; competing in science challenges; building woodworking and electronics projects. Fun off-campus trips will include canoeing down the Fall River, visiting the Oklahoma salt flats, going to Laser Quest, the Alley, Ice Skating, Tanganyika, the Sedgwick Co. Zoo, and All-Star Adventures. Kids often say that great memories are made in this camp and its one of the best parts of their summer! Each day at camp begins at 9:00 AM with a game of Capture the Flag and ends at 3:00 PM with a fun closing activity where the Happy Camper for the day is announced.
