Tennis is open to SDS grades 6th - 8th. PRIOR PLAYING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Registration Deadline - Jan. 23, 2016. A late fee ($20.00) will be assessed for registrations processed after the deadline. Uniform top/jersey will be provided by the school, but players will be required to purchase skirt/short for match play. Color/style information will be provided by coach. PLEASE NOTE: If registration numbers exceed roster maximum (8), players will be selected based on a challenge/tryout system. Registration fee will be refunded if necessary. Players/Parents will be contacted by coach with tryout/practice dates/times. 901-435-5881

Movement & Art Camp - Friendswood, TX
Kid Creations & Bay Area Pilates are teaming up for another 3-hour Movement & Art Camp. Kids will have FUN learning the benefits of pilates in a choreographed-for-kids pilates class for one hour and then will be escorted down the sidewalk to Kid Creations for two hours of arts and crafts. Snacks will be provided. Workshops can be attended separately. The cost is $45 for both. To come to Kid Creations alone from 1:00-3:00pm, the cost is $30. You MUST pre-register because space is limited. Call soon! These events always fill up quickly!

Do you like to discuss current events? Do you wish you could speak with more confidence? Learning the art of debate will help you understand how to analyze issues, speak with authority and engage others. Debate camp will introduce you to the fundamentals of competitive academic debate while learning the basics of good argument theory, the format and rules of competitive debate, critical thinking, research and speech skills.
