CIRRUS MINOR Battling for a slot on SUMMER CAMP 2016! - Des Moines, IA
$5 gets you admission and one vote at this special ALL AGES event, where 4 regional bands (including CIRRUS MINOR) will compete to win a slot on the SUMMER CAMP MUSIC FESTIVAL in Chilicothe, Illinois on Memorial Day Weekend; this would have us playing alongside Mudcrutch (with Tom Petty), Umphrey's McGee, Fishbone, STS9, moe., George Clinton and P-Funk.... and so many more! We need your vote! Also, we need people to help spread the word- we haven't played since October, plus, Joe Corbin (our drummer) will NOT be playing this show with us- he and his wife are expecting a new baby within a couple days of the show- so you will see a Cirrus Minor show unlike any you have seen before... gonna get creative! So, join us at the show (and be sure to vote while you are there)... And if you can share this event, invite friends, or help pass around a few fliers, we will be eternally grateful! The intention of kid’s Yoga Camp is to teach children about the different places, people, animals, that live around the world. Going into a Journey with Yoga and learning it meaning “Union”, bringing this concept through physical activities games, arts and crafts, storytelling, puppets and more. Children will explore this Journey in a cooperative relationship, learning about friendship, happiness, kindness, honesty, passion, self-esteem and gratitude. CEFC 6.18.16 Afternoon Session - Bakersfield Christian High School
The Carr Elite Football Camps offer a unique learning experience for players of all ages and positions. Super Bowl Champion David Carr and Oakland Raiders Pro Bowler, QB Derek Carr, have created a football camp dedicated to improving not only the physical, but also the mental side of football. They bring an experienced staff made up of coaches from Division 1 Collegiate Schools and at the Professional Level. Sessions are open for QBs, Receivers, DBs, OLs, and all other positions. Each participant will receive a Carr Elite T-Shirt, signed 8x10 of Derek and David Carr, and a Carr Elite Football Water Bottle. 408-896-1470
Chicago Outlaws Boys Lacrosse Camp - Olympic Park
Learn fundamental techniques and skills necessary to be a successful lacrosse player by the Chicago Outlaws Lacrosse. Basic skills will be emphasized and range from ground balls, passing and throwing to stick skills, one-on-one skills and team format. Chicago Outlaws has a limited amount of equipment available for a $25 rental fee at the camp. (Equipment is adult sizes). All Participants will get a reversible pinny.
