LATEST CAMPS NEWS: From 2D to 3D: Transforming Concept to Production (Ages 9+) - Ah Haa School for the Arts
Learn about the process of taking an idea from concept, to drawing, to a printable 3D model. Students will spend the first part of the course at Ah Haa exploring both geometric and organic drafting by hand and discussing how to create art for the printing process. The course will then move to Pinhead, where students will learn how to turn their art into computerized 3D models using Solidworks. Their drawings of jewelry, ornaments, sculptures, and more will then be brought to life with Pinheads 3D printer. 970.728.3886

Teen Camp 2015 - Prudenville, MI
We are excited about our 2015 Summer Teen Camp. We will be headed to camp CoBeAc in Michigan to join in "the Next Great Detective" the week of July 20th-25th. TAC Summer Camp: Surface Design: Ages 11+12 - Week 6 - Brooklyn Studio
Through daily exposure to textile media, campers explore new avenues of creativity, improve their dexterity, and make new friends while learning about historical and contemporary use of the fiber arts. In addition to structured class and craft time there is daily free play and outdoor time, weather permitting. Campers aged 11-12 visit TAC daily, for project-based classes inspired by their weekly field trip to a current textile related exhibition in New York.
