Summer Cooking Camp - Macon, GA
June 27-30 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm each day. Registration Ends on June 22nd. Students will be taught the Healthy Hands Cooking program. Our classes will focus on healthy recipes for snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additional content will include kitchen safety skills, nutrition games, fun fitness activities, and more. Students will leave with the skills needed to work confidentially in the kitchen. This program is held for 3 hours a day over 4 days. Cost is $150 and includes a cookbook/workbook. OZ Park Summer FD Baseball camp week 11 FULL DAY CAMPER - OZ Park
LPBA is pleased to announce that we have added a second baseball field to our summer camp program at OZ Park. The additional field at OZ Park will allow us to divide the kids by age and skill level. We will use Field #1 for boys and girls ages 5-7 and Field #2 for boys and girls ages 8-12. The camp experience includes a daily exercise and agility training routine followed by instructive drills including base running, pitching, defense, bunting, outfield play, infield play, batting practice and other hitting drills. LPBAs summer camp programs run from June 9 though August 29, 2014: Half day sessions from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - $175 per week Full day sessions from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - $250 per week Fridays are rain make up days Camp registration is on a weekly basis. Full Day Wk3 - NonRes - Epping Forest Clubhouse
The full day option lasts from 9 am to 4 pm and is available for the Rockfish and Blue crabs age groups only (ages 6-12). Activities throughout the day are structured around three main themes including: OUTDOORS (e.g., nature hikes, sailing, water sports, swim skills, kayaking, survival skills), ARTS (e.g., crafts, indian art, tie dyes) and GAMES (e.g., tennis, basketball, dodgeball, beach challenges). The activities will be led by our energized college-age counselors or Program Directors. In the morning, we will offer options for your child, enabling them to do what they like most and empowering them to have the most fun with their day. From 12 to 1:30, we will have lunch and a series of activities that children can choose from to relax and take a breather during what is typically the hottest time of the day. Options include Legos, indoor board games, or free swim time. LUNCH IS PROVIDED every day and will include a fruit or vegetable with every meal. If your child has dietary restrictions, you will need to provide his/her lunch.
