For children, 3 to 8 years old, GROUPED by AGE. Five weeks. Session held in the gym. Rovers Soccer Skill Building is directed by professional soccer coach and NJ Youth Soccer Hall of Fame Inductee, Spencer Rockman. This weekly, high energy session puts emphasis on skill-building games, which promote maximum learning and enjoyment - enhanced by a small-sided soccer match. These sessions are convenient for families, since siblings can play at the same time, divided according to age/ experience. Rovers accommodates all levels of experience for boys and girls. Make-ups can be arranged when the office is notified IN ADVANCE that a child will miss a session. Each child should bring a properly sized ball and a water bottle. "Alivers" will enjoy a fun and challenging combination of both on-site and off-site activities. Campers will be involved in on-site activities such as the group challenge course, swimming, crafts, hiking, campfires, talent shows, enjoy a group campout and cookout, play games, prepare skits for the weekly talent show, participate in devotions and help lead worship services. Other activities include high ropes, GaGa ball, and more. Off-site, campers may canoe on Lake Reese (about 10 miles from Mount Shepherd) and/or hike on Ridge Mountain (about seven miles from Mount Shepherd). 336-629-4085
