[] KidSport Afternoon: Tennis and Golf Each week features a different sport teaching basic fundamentals skills, rules, team building and sportsmanship and open swimming time. Director: Kerry Winkelseth, UM School of Kinesiology. Campers bring snacks and water. Afternoons, Monday-Friday. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Curbside Drop-off. Staff will pick-up your camper from your car at 1:00 PM and bring your camper to your car at 4:00 PM. KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. KidSport is staffed by certified teachers as well as physical education and education majors focused on providing a first-rate experience for your kids! Scholarships are available from UM KidSport at www.kines.umich.edu/umove.kidsport [] Application deadline is April 30. This camp is not eligible for Rec & Ed Scholarships. 2016 Stanford Synchro Swim Camp - Day - Stanford Athletics
Stanford Synchro Swim Camp will allow coaches the opportunity to work with and observe Olympic medalists, National Team coaches and coaches of the Stanford University Synchronized Swim Team. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. They will learn the technical warm-up Stanford Synchro athletes use to train, and a short Stanford Synchro routine to perform at the end of camp. 800-357-7687
2016 Jr High Fantasy Camp - Cal State Fullerton Titan Stadium
This is an opportunity for junior high school soccer players to experience the life of a Division 1 soccer player. Campers will be given the opportunity to train with Division 1 athletes and coaches. They will be put through a typical pre-season training camp that collegiate athletes experience at the beginning of every season. Campers will be sleeping in the collegiate dorms under the supervision of the camp directors, camp coaches and current Cal State Fullerton women soccer players. They will eat in the cafeteria, train twice or three times daily and be provided official Fullerton Soccer training gear. They will eat, sleep, and play soccer for 4 days straight! Oh yeah and have a little bit of fun while they are doing it!
