4-H Teen Summit - Session 3 - Nancy, KY
Kentucky 4-H Teen Summit is held annually at the Kentucky 4-H Educational Center in Jabez, KY. The conference is for youth who are currently enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grades. This program is designed to develop leadership, citizenship and communication skills in youth. While at the conference, all participants get to learn in fun and educational workshops taught by members of the Kentucky 4-H State Teen Council. The conference also includes motivational speakers that get young people excited about leadership. The cost to attend is $115 which includes meals, lodging, and transportation. Summer Campout - Danville, IA
Leaving Friday at 1:00 (optional late leave for those attending Camp Snoopy Day Camp) and returning Sunday at 2:00 from Steele School. Staying wherever. We've reserved the whole camp. $15 per girl due to Heather Dale by Sunday, June 1.

Spring Break Kid On the Go Sewing Camp - Tulsa, OK
Boys and girls will have a ton of fun in our Kid-on-the-Go Sewing Camp! They will learn to sew several fun items to carry all their necessities when they are out-and-about this Spring Break! Cost is $175, all materials included. Ages 8 & up. We have sewing machines and tools, but students are welcome to bring their own. Class takes place Tuesday-Friday, March 13-18 from 1-3 p.m. Projects: Drawstring backpack, zipper pouch, pocket wallet/change purse, and a sunglass case or tissue pack cover. Around the World in Five Days Camp - MacPhail Center for Music - Mpls
Take a musical journey around the world! In this camp, we will explore the ways that children of different cultures play music and games, tell stories, sing, and move just like us. We will "travel" to destinations such as Africa, Central and South America, Australia, China, Russia, and our own native Minnesota, with opportunities to play ethnic instruments, improvise, dance, dramatize, and create art along the way. One day of camp is held at the Mill City Museum. *If you have a younger preschooler aged 3-5 years, they can participate in POP, SIZZLE, BANG! camp at the same time. Dream On! - The Georgetown Palace Theatre
One of Shakespeares most famous tales comes to life in this special adaptation of "A Midsummer Nights Dream" designed especially for tweens! This show takes the fear out of Shakespeare, bringing the characters vividly to life with abounding comedy and an outstanding musical score. The basic story remains intact, but is updated with modern vocabulary and music to make it accessible for everyone. This show has many speaking (and singing) roles to introduce students to your favorite characters. From the "rude mechanicals" Quince and Bottom and all the rest to the two sets of "lovers" that prove nothing has changed when it comes to teens having a "crush" on each other, to the wonderful fairy King and Queen with the energetic and mischievous Puck, there is a part for everyone! Session I Girls Basketball - Cornerstone University
Grades 3-6 (Day Camp) Check-in will be Monday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the Bernice Hansen Athletic Center (it will not begin before 8:00 AM). Please look for postings to help make this time easier and more convenient for all. Parents, we will register your child as quickly as possible so that you are able to get to work on time. Each day we will have fundamental and team practice in the morning. League play will begin at approximately 2:00PM and generally will end around 3:30PM at which time you may leave for home. (*Note: These times may change depending on the number of campers in attendance). More information about game times will be posted in the arena on the first day of camp after the teams have been selected.
