Arduino I* - $350 (July 18 – July 22) Todays technology: computer controlled Do-It-Yourself electronic projects facilitated by Arduino. Arduino is a micro-controller with user friendly coding that can be used to interact with the physical world. This Arduino starter camp will provide basic instruction on how to use the Arduino micro-controller to perform a variety of different tasks. This is a full day camp and includes a $50.00 material fee for take home electronic parts and accessories. This year SSKMC will have a presence at the Old Tyme Farm Days! Some of our wonderful teachers will be holding workshops throughout the event. This is a two day, family friendly event in our favorite place, Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park! Old Tyme Farm Days began in 1989, celebrating rural American life and heritage, farming activities, old time gospel sing, demonstrations, food vendors, children's activities, music, mule cart rides, gas and steam engines, demonstrations of the way things were done in the old days and much more. *We will be holding workshops on Friday and Saturday with a performance Saturday evening.* Workshop times will be posted soon.

Mod Design - Building A
In this camp from Youth Digital, kids learn real Java™ programming as they design and code their own Minecraft mods from start to finish. At the end of camp, kids will walk away with a unique Minecraft mod they can download and share with friends! Theyll also be able to access the online version of the course after camp, including video tutorials, interactive quizzes, and new challenges. Kids will learn the basics of one of the most popular coding languages in the world as they modify real Java code to build their own Minecraft mods including blocks, items, mobs, and more. During camp, kids will master introductory computer programming concepts including object-oriented programming, methods and parameters, instantiation of new objects, and more. 2016 Summer Clinic Series - Both Days - Gladchuck Field Hockey Complex
Each day will comprise of a 3 hour clinic covering various skills and field hockey concepts along with competitive games. Additionally, on Saturday there will be a 2 hour play session in the late afternoon that will comprise only games. You have the option of signing up for 1 day or for both. The concepts covered each day will be different and the games at the end of each clinic will focus on concepts covered that day. All players will be coached by current Division 1 coaches, as well as current and former Division 1 players. Registration will be limited to the first 150 applicants and is open to players in grades 3-12. Players will be divided into skill groups based on age level and experience level. 413-504-8539

Space Engineer - Schenectady County Community College
Camp Space Engineer is a LEGO building and robotics camp designed for campers ages 6-8. Activities and experiments explore space with an emphasis on collaborating with the International Space Station astronauts. During each activity campers will be using LEGO components to build a variety of space vehicles and simple machines and robots. They will also work to build and launch two ESTES rockets. Each day has four Science Labs, which allow campers to build and participate in the LEGO activities. The day starts with a science demonstration with the rest of the camp, which highlights a science principle.
