Drama Camp week 2 - The Chapel School
Do you ever wonder what happened to the fairy tale characters after the story was over? Did Cinderella ever talk to her stepsisters again? In the play "The Ever After" we are transported to a Reality TV Show where fairy tale relationships are reconciled twenty years after the story has ended. In this wacky comedy, the prince is turning back into a frog and Jiminy Cricket is now a best-selling self-help author. During the week, campers will explore the basics of theatre and present a play at the end of the week. All campers who enroll will have a speaking role in the play and will also help create the set and costumes for the play. Go Kids Camp - Emerson - Emerson Elementary
This program is devoted to educating youth about the importance of healthy living. Participants learn about nutrition and physical fitness through informational speakers, recreational activities and field trips. Participants must attend the first and last week of the program. Parents of participants are required to attend 3 meetings to educate the family on the program and teaching healthy living at home. First parent meeting is June 1st from 6-7p at Banner Childrens Medical Center. Parents are required to attend the pre-camp meeting to sign health screening waivers and receive the camp calendar. No refunds are given for this program. A medical release form must be completed by a physician for each participant by the end of the first week of the program.
