Attendees will be divided into age groups to learn fundamentals such as approach, delivery, hand position, release, spot bowling, and spare conversions. Certified bowling instructors will be instructing the camp. Our classes will focus on healthy recipes for snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additional content will include kitchen safety skills, nutrition games, fun fitness activities, and more. Students will leave with the skills needed to work confidentially in the kitchen. This program is held for 3 hours a day over 4 days. Cost is $150 and includes a cookbook/workbook. For high school players only. This 1-day camp will focus on the elements of the game that are critical to the libero/defensive specialist. These include serve receive, digging, pursuit, and serving as well as defensive systems and positioning. This camp is also appropriate for front row players who wish to play all 6 rotations. The average child gets just 6 minutes of unstructured outdoors time per day, but were changing that at camp. Learn and create riverside games using found rocks, sticks, and whatever else the river gives us. Build miniature test rafts and race them. Build a rafts large and small. Learn about useful and edible aquatic plants and animals. Track aquatic creatures along riverbank including the beaver, muskrat, heron, raccoon and more. Build primitive forts. Make and fish with a simple cane pole just like Huck and Tom. Use cane pole as part of stick and bindle (hobo satchel) to carry your goods during your travels. Search for treasures to fill your bindle. Barter and trade for each others treasures. 507-272-5320

Parents are invited to bring their toddlers to join in fun, age-appropriate experiences. Moms, dads or both are required to participate in this programs.
