On Friday, February 5th starting at 5:00 PM and ending at 7:00 PM, Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp (ATLC) will be hosting Stew Night at the Presque Isle Snowmobile Club. For $6 you can get a combo of a Main Dish (either Stew or Soup), drink, and a dessert. Grilled cheese sandwiches will also be available to purchase. Come on out and let us do the cooking for you! Tell all of your family and friends to come out and join us for a great time and great food!!

Registration for the retreat will be held on Saturday, January 30, from 3– 4 p.m. and will dismiss at 10 a.m. on Sunday, January 31. The Teen Winter Retreat will feature many fun events, activities and programs. You will need to bring your completed health form and activity release form that is signed by your parent/guardian in order to participate. Please bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes as we will probably be taking part in some outdoor activities during the retreat. You will also need to bring your own, bedding, towels and bathroom supplies. Registrations should be submitted by Friday, January 22 to Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp.

Volleyball - Norfolk Christian Schools
Volleyball is the ultimate team sport. It is exciting, action packed and one of the fastest growing sports in the Tidewater area. The game requires outstanding hand-eye coordination, skill mastery, quickness, anticipation, teamwork and the motivation to "lay it all on the line." Now is a great time for your child to get started or further develop their game at the NCS volleyball camp. Campers will receive instruction in the six skills of volleyball: serving, passing, digging, setting, attacking and blocking. Campers will learn rotational and perimeter defenses and how and when to use them. Though instruction will be thorough, the atmosphere will be positive and enjoyable for all the campers. Learn about our beautiful planet and all of the wonderful green energy that we can use to help keep our homes and our lives healthy and balanced. We will explore a new energy theme each day, make crafts, and do experiments based on the themes. We will also explore ways that we can make our everyday lives more peaceful and happy with different sensory games involving art and music and exercises like yoga and Tibetan meditation. This will be a week focused on making the world a better place to live while also improving the quality of our inner wellbeing.
