Fun Filled Field Trips - Old Trail School
Fun-filled field trips will be taken each day to enable campers to explore the exciting opportunities available in our community. Each morning will begin with a short educational reading and activity related to the field trip. Lunch will be eaten on the trip and a thematic afternoon snack will be provided. Each location offers campers the opportunity to play and explore. Campers should pack their own lunch. Field trips include: Cleveland Zoo, Great Lakes Science Center, Natural History Museum and Lake Farm Parks. Trips will be arranged according to weather and lunch should be packed in brown paper sacks or plastic bags to allow for easy disposal while on field trips. Teen Camp 9-4pm wk 5 - Frankfort Park District
The Frankfort Park District would like to present Teen Adventures Summer Day Camp program for youth entering 7th ? 9th grade in the fall. This full day camp will provide plenty of outdoor activities, water days, arts & crafts, and a field trip each week that a teen will enjoy. Special guests will be invited to this camp including sports, art and science instructors. Teen Adventures Summer Day Camp will be held at Commissioners Park, located at 22108 S. 80th Avenue in Frankfort, along with the use of Chelsea Middle School, which is located next to Commissioners Park. Drop off and pick up will take place at Chelsea Middle School, located at 22265S. 80th Ave. The camp will run from 9 ? 4pm, Monday thru Friday, with a before and after care option. Bring a bag pack, lunch and water bottle each day. Lunch may be included on certain field trip days. Registration must be done in person at our main office located at the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak Street. A copy of your child?s birth certificate will be required at the time of registration.
