Teen Conditioning Camp - Allison Park, PA
Teen Conditioning Camp will get kids (12-16) conditioned and ready to perform at a high level of physical ability for sports, recreation and fun!! Program is developed by Paul J. Stugart,M.S.,NASM-CPT, CF-L1, Master Trainer, Coach and Cheif Inspiration Officer. Your son or daughter will be challenged to improve fitness & function using ropes, bands, body weight, some weights, rowing, running and more. Each class will different and will structured to develop all aspects of conditioning. We will have team challenges, events, climb ropes, traverse on monkey bars and just overall have fun while conditioning the body. Camp Length: 4 OR 12 Week Enrollments MEETS every Monday & Wednesday 3:30pm to 4:30pm (except first week we do 11/2 & 11/4 due to Halloween) $120 for 4 Week Camp $300 for 12 Week Camp (20% Savings!) Bike/Car Registration at 10 am *First out at 11am **Eating at 1:30 pm ***Car/Motorcycle Show 1:30pm ~ 3:00 pm ****Some Trophies will be handed out for the Show. Will also have a Chinese Auction and special raffles. All proceeds go to Royal Family KIDS Camp. Its takes about $600 a child to send to camp. The program emphasizes psychological dimensions such as motivation, confidence, leadership, and game smarts.
