All students must participate in the activities of the camp and there will be limited use of the recreational facilities. Bring a sack lunch.

We will be hosting a camp out for the youth, beginning at 4 PM Saturday, October 22, 2016. We will play games, fish, roast hot dogs, marshmallows, etc. Breakfast and Sunday School will be at the ahelterbhouse as well. If the weather is too cold we will move to the gym and have a "lock-in." All youth are asked to attend Sunday morning service, and can g picked up around 11:45 at the church.

Boys Sports Camp with Coach Tom Myran - Germantown Friends School
The focus of Boys Sports Camp is on learning and competing in team sports, including basketball, soccer, baseball, flag football, floor hockey, and volleyball. In addition, campers also will take part in a variety of traditional games such as dodge and whiffle ball as well as individual sports such as tennis, wrestling, and track and field. Team-building, self-awareness and interpersonal skills will also be a focus. Our passionate and professional coaching team under the leadership of GFS Boys Varsity Track Coach Tom Myran will help participants become more skillful and confident athletes. Even more importantly, campers will have a terrific time making new friends and bonding with their upper school athlete-counselors whose job it is to reinforce the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and doing ones best on a daily basis. Swims at the Germantown Cricket Club add to the summertime fun! Bus transportation is available to and from Center City for $100 provided 17 campers sign-up on or before June 1 for transportation during the week of June 20 - 24. 215-951-2384

This camp is designed to maximize a volleyball players potential in all aspects of the game. This camp is geared for high school players of all levels. From the elite player to players with minimal experience, we will have a curriculum designed to improve your level of play. Our USA TRIATHLON CERTIFIED COACHES will make sure your child is well prepared for their Kids Triathlon Open Water Swim! We will practice sighting, navigating their swim course, pacing their energy, and practice entries and exits. Child must be able to swim 100 yds. Wetsuits highly recommended. Each child earns 1 point towards series awards for participating in the clinic. Plus, Healthy post event refreshments. EVENT DETAILS AND SCHEDULE Event email will be sent to all participants the week of the clinic with all the details. Clinic will start at 2:30p check in time and end at 4:30p.
