Kansas City Church of Christ Teen Camp Fundraiser - Olathe, KS
Inside the restaurant on the north side of Bass Pro, inside Uncle Bucks. Raising money for the teens to go to camp in June! Shopping for guest begins at 6:15pm!! Quarters down, Paddles up at 6:45pm!! Come on out and win items up to $75 for as little as 3 quarters from multiple area vendors. There will be two rounds of the auction and one round of the raffles. Vendors put up their item for bid for 1-3 quarters, you bid that many quarters per paddle you hold up, if you desire that item. If your paddle number gets called, THAT ITEM IS YOURS. Paddles are $3 each or 4 for $10. Raffle tickets are $1 each, 6 for $5 and arm span $15. Shop with a vendor and get a raffle ticket for every $5 spent. Life Teen Fall Retreat
Fall retreat is on the way, print out the form, please don't delay! The form and check is all you need, to guarantee your spot - indeed! We'll talk and have fun, it'll be cool, it's for anyone and everyone in high school! Here are more details, but they don't rhyme. This whole Seussing thing takes too much time! Our retreats begin Friday night and end Sunday early afternoon. At a retreat you can expect a weekend away full of building community, growing in our faith together. There are great talks, fun sessions, and time to pray, play, and relax! If you have any questions, let Betsy know! Creative Design & Build - The Swain School
In this session in the Makerspace we will combine two great activities - both provide the camper to express their creativity with tile and glass. Using broken tile pieces, the children will create and build a small mosaic tile table. Then with stained glass they will have a choice to make items such as boxes or sun catchers. Wrestling (Mondays Only) - Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
Beginners and experienced wrestlers alike will be challenged at this camp. This technique camp will provide instruction on stance, level changing, circling, shooting and sprawling. High school students attending the camp will work on leg riding offense and defense, throws and throw defense, rolls, advance shot defense, scoring from an offensive position, and mental toughness. This camp will run Mondays only. Please note our new cancellation policy. A 50% fee of the cost of the camp shall be applied to an individual who cancels. What to wear/bring: Athletic attire, wrestling shoes (highly recommended), socks, towel, water bottle and lunch/snack. Headgear, mouth guard, knee pads, etc., are optional. 248-373-5300
