Calling all kids who love pets! This camp combines many different mediums of art as campers learn canvas painting by completing a portrait of their pet. They also learn the art of mosaics while creating a picture frame for a lovable animal. Campers also earn about pottery painting and glazing techniques as they personalize a bowl for their pet. Cartooning Art Camp for Kids - Visual Art Institute
Everyone loves cartoons! Learn the basics of cartooning focusing on the action line, gesture, expression, features, colors, textures, and values. Kids will review lots of popular cartoon works from Disney to Dreamworks. We will assign traits for the cartoon character, and then design original cartoons with those traits. Included in this workshop will be 2 days on caricature exaggeration practice. Kids will tap into their imaginations by coming up with names and titles for their own comic masterpieces. Wild Things! A Big Zoo Revue - The Georgetown Palace Theatre

Nerf Counterstrike - Camp Hickory Hill
Your Commander will lead your squad on training missions where you will learn to move with stealth and approach the enemy without detection. You will use camouflage face paint and clothing to become invisible in the trees. When your training is complete, you will prepare for the ultimate test; taking on your counselors in a full counterstrike operation! There will still be plenty of time for other traditional camp activities including swimming, Catan ball, campfires and Bible Exploration!! Staff Application 2016 - Judson Baptist Retreat Center
A JBRC Camp Staff must be a mature Christian, pleasant toward campers, counselors, and fellow workers. Must be willing to work hard and go the extra mile and must have a servants heart! Ten-Week Staff will begin on May 17, 2015 unless you are applying for a wrangler position. Our Horse Program Director will contact wranglers about when they will arrive. All Ten-Week Staff will be remaining at camp until July 24, 2015 as of January 8, 2015. This could possibly change to July 31 if we book an additional group. 225-634-7225
