The Michigan Golf program offers outstanding instructional opportunities for golfers entering grades 6 through 12 who are interested in improving their game at the University of Michigan. The coaches of the Michigan Golf Team will teach the fundamentals of short game, give person full-swing instruction, and address on-course strategies. Students will participate in skill contests and have the opportunity to learn on course strategies at our on- site, Alister Mackenzie golf course. We will also utilize V1 golf video instructions, Trackman Radar System, and each camper will receive a personalized report with a coaches evaluation and a game plan for continued improvement. 734-604-5506

Beginning June 5, 2015, Elite Stride will be holding a 6-week strength and conditioning training camp and also skilled position training camp. Age group 6-12. The ending date for this event is July 17. Our goal is to help your children get the most out of their summer vacation and provide them with an outlet to stay active as well as reinforce a sense of leadership and discipline. Not only will we get your kids in shape to perform their best, but we will motivate them to excel in their education and at home. Camp PAL is designed to help your child build life skills and social growth through a fun and educational environment. We go on weekly field trips and have a curriculum that includes sports, arts, crafts, drama, music, reading, and science. (773) 875-2587
Cheerleading - Norfolk Christian Schools
Come out and learn Cheerleading under the direction of an multi award winning coach and NCS Varsity squad. Coach Amanda Beery has led her team to FCC National Championships, coached girls to win Individual and Team performance awards. During this week of camp campers will learn skills that emphasize proper form and as well as safety. Stunting: Starting with low-level skills such as thigh stands and progressing to semi-advanced stunts. Tumbling: Cartwheels, handstands and round offs. Those with a solid tumbling background will work on back handspring technique. Motions: Learn all motions and the names for each arm placement with a focus on sharp and properly executed technique. Cheers: Cheers will be taught to the participants, implementing the skills learned at camp Dance: A dance will be taught utilizing the needed to excel in cheer dance. Jumps: Proper jump technique starting with basis approach and forms continuing through to advanced jumping. 757-274-6295

What is in an eye? Students will explore the visual systems of mammals through the dissection of a cow eye! Identifying various cow-eye structures, they will discover how the cow eye compares to a human eye! By testing their sense of sight, participants will begin to appreciate the little things – in our eye (right down to the little light-detecting cells) – which help us to see the world. *Note there is no meal with this event* (630)9075987
