Learn the basics of golf including, putting, full swing, short game, rules and etiquette from teaching professional and head coach at Oakland Community College. Classes are small and offer individual attention. Range balls, 9 holes of golf, gifts and lunch included each day. Beginners and advanced golfers are welcome. In this 3 day knitting camp students will have the opportunity to work on either a basic scarf or a pair of mittens. For those who are new to knitting or want to fine tune their knitting a purling the scarf is an ideal choice. For those who are confident with knitting and purling the mittens are a great way to explore double pointed needles as well as some shaping. They create costumes and throws, and build their own shoebox float. At the end of the week, we throw an awesome parade and party with our Chewbacchus kids and families. Camp is held at Castillo Blanco Art Studios, 4321 St. Claude Ave, New Orleans, LA. The Soccer Italian Style teaching methods are used in the professional academy technical and tactical training programs of the Italian Serie A. They have been developed by Mirko Mazzantini "ACF Fiorentina Academy Coach" and Simone Bombardieri "Empoli FC Academy Coach". Soccer Italian Style Coaching Team Mirko Mazzantini "ACF Fiorentina Academy Coach" Mirko Mazzantini coached for Empoli FC for in 10 years, at almost all the main categories of the academy level. Robotics Vehicles – (6th - 8th Grade) Students will build Vehicles using Mindstorms robotics equipment. Students will advance on their programming skills and manipulate the Vehicles with coding on a laptop. There is a limit to 16 children for the class. The curriculum for the Robotics Club is different for each quarter, allowing for new material to be added per quarter. But the different curriculum also allows for new students to join in without having had previous Robotics experience. Students do not need to bring anything to the Club.
