Summer Camp Open House! - Wyandotte, MI
Summer Camp Open House in our Community Gallery on the lower level FREE for everyone to attend! Join us at this fun open house so you can catch a glimpse of the camps we offer for children during the summer. Sample art stations are set up so you and your children can take home art projects! DCA camp instructors will be available to answer any questions students or parents may have. You can also register for your camps on this night. We'll also have raffles to give away free camp registrations!

Join us June 7th from 3-5pm for a fun introduction to our Dance, Drama, Art, and Music camps and classes. Camps and classes for children ages 2.5 to 18, adult ballet and tap classes available. Meet our amazing staff, and enjoy healthy snacks, games, imaginative play, hands-on drumming,music, and more.

Great Lakes Region Summer Camp 2016 - undefined, IN
This is our annual summer camp. It is open from ages 6-23 through our intermediate, senior, and collegiate camps. We also will have our emerging leaders camp that is available for adults.

Parent and Me yoga gives you the chance to connect with your child while you and your child get the chance to learn yoga and feel it's relaxing benefits. Camp Discovery: Lets Go Camping! - Building E
Well spend the week exploring all things related to summer time camping – fishing, woodland creatures, nighttime skies and fireflies – just to name a few. StagePlay: Jr. Musical Theater Camp - Palos Park Recreation Center
Unlike the "olden days", when fun was dependent on whatever was readily available, so much of todays youth leisure time is spent staying connected through technology. What would happen if suddenly all that went away? "A Kids Life" will explore that possibility, and thats where the fun and music all begin! The StagePlay program also incorporates valuable life lessons such as teamwork, commitment, conquering fear, being prepared, confidence and theater etiquette. On the last day of camp, our talented young stars perform for friends and family, showing off all that they have learned in only one week. Participants will receive a souvenir camp t-shirt. Period 4 - Woodworking - NBJH Room 116
Incoming 7th and 8th Graders will learn the basic usage and safety of some hand tools, power tools and machinery (routers, drill press, scroll saw, spindle sander, disc sander, palm sander, cordless drill, lathe). All activities will be demonstrated and supervised by Mr. Caris, the current Woodworking teacher at NBJH. Students will choose a project from a list based on their experience. The list will be sent home in the FIRST week of the course. Examples include a cutting board, wood bowl, routed sign, garden tray, gumball machine, and bag toss game. Muggsy Bogues Fundamental Basketball Camp: Week 1 - Crews Recreation Center
Local basketball legend Muggsy Bogues returns to Crews this summer with a pair of basketball camps for any children between the ages of 6-13. Muggsy and his staff of experienced counselors will teach campers a variety of different skills through games, tournaments and other activities. They will not only teach them the fundamentals of the game, but allow them to learn in a fun and positive environment! These week-long camps will last from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Lunch is provided. Woodland Day Camp - Camp Waubanong
Woodland Camp is our foundational primer for camping, safety and discovery. Are you ready for an epic adventure? Built your own fire? Made a home to keep you dry? Or ever carved wood? Well cook on fires, harvest wild edibles, make rope, tie knots and learn many other essential skills. Well also play our favorite outdoor games for a healthy dose of unmatched fun. Day campers are also welcome to stay for our Thursday night closing campfire, which runs until 8:45pm. Campers are assigned to a cabin, so become acquainted with camp life, and feel just as connected to camp as our overnight campers. Day campers should plan to bring a bathing suit and towel each day. They also should bring one blanket and pillow to use on their bunk during rest hour. Our Woodland Camp runs Monday – Friday, from 8am to 5pm. (802) 490-5550
