Did you know a camper is exposed to more of what the gospel is about in one week at camp than regular church attendance for a whole year. At summer camp 2015, there were 45 first time salvations, 108 re-dedications,87 Holy Spirit baptisms, 29 physical healings, 23 calls to full-time ministry and 72 commitments to discipleship! The impact of camp for campers is eternal! They meet with the God who created them and loves them. There will be 3 fundraisers to help cover the cost of camp. It is possible that through your child's fundraising efforts, they can raise enough to pay for camp in full (approx. $230).

Announcing the first ever Putnam Princess Parties Princess Summer Camp!! July 5-9 we will transform the Bancroft FireHouse in beautiful Putnam County into a Princess Academy where our real life Putnam Princesses will be conducting a camp that will teach little ones exactly what it takes to be royalty- manners, makeup, songs, dances, the works! Each day, 2-3 princesses will teach different “courses” from 5:00-7:00pm. Different princesses will teach different “classes.” For example, Cinderella may be teaching a song while Snow White is teaching a proper curtsy. Each day, your child will learn something new and they will practice for the big recital on Saturday. At the end of the week, the little princesses will perform in a special performance alongside the real life princesses in a grand recital. They will perform the special songs and dances they have studied. And all the characters they have met throughout the week will be in attendance for a grand ball type of ceremony. There will then be a special graduation “with royal honors”...

Weeks 5-8 PM: 420 Racing Program (Session 2) - NESS
Come learn what it takes to be successful in fleet and team racing (the fun and challenging form of sailing as a team sport). Our experienced race coaches will challenge students to perfect their boat handling techniques, with the skipper and crew developing and refining coordination and mutual reliance. Students will work on improving and refining their boat-handling skills and developing together as a two-person team. Students will be challenged to perfect their upwind and downwind sailing techniques and will learn to better use hiking straps, tiller extensions, and sail controls and will develop their spinnaker and trapeze skills. Students will expand their knowledge of wind, weather, and tides, and will work on basic racing techniques and rules. Students will be encouraged to compete in the many local 420 regattas that we tow boats to by water. All students will be under the supervision of our race coaches in class and at local regattas. In addition to fleet racing, coaches will teach the techniques, tactics and rules of team racing through practice drills and a practice-race format. Debate Camp 2.0 - Recreation and Cultural Center
Debate Camp 2.0 (Grades 6 - 9) Debate Camp 2.0 is limited to participants who have already completed a week of Debate Camp in the summer of 2015, or who are registered for a week of Debate Camp for summer 2016 (If plan on registering for both programs at the same time you must register in person). It will be a faster moving and more advanced program designed to sharpen debate and mock trial skills at a more competitive level. Less time will be spent on the acquisition of skill through mini-lessons and modeling and more time will be spent engaged in competitive debates, mock trials, and political campaigns. Since less time will be devoted to the direct teaching of the fundamental debate and persuasive communication techniques, campers will be engaged in more debates and mock trials throughout the week. Campers will also be working in campaign teams to draw from the ideas of existing presidential candidates to design their own original political platform and run in a Mock-Campaign/Election for President of the United States!
