Camp will focus on technical and tactical development of each player including dribbling, passing & receiving, finishing, and defending. Coaches will use individual and small group activities, small-sided games, and world-cup style tournaments throughout the week to help each player enhance their skills. Players will be grouped by age and skill and will learn from experienced, licensed Illinois FC staff coaches. All players receive a free Illinois FC T-shirt. Each morning, students will work on drafting their college essay. In the afternoon students will refine their college list, work on the common application, and practice interviewing skills. Participants will also have the opportunity to hear directly from college admission officers.
