Are you interested in becoming a healthcare professional, doctor, nurse, etc.? Then this camp is for YOU! You will learn skills professionals use every day in the hospital. Campers will have hands-on learning experiences working as healthcare providers. Activities will include learning how to take blood pressures, apply personal protective equipment, listen to heart and lung sounds, give injections, start IVs, suture wounds, participate in a simulation scenario and much more. Campers will receive a backpack of over $100 worth of supplies to take home to continue their healthcare journey. Director: Jennifer Bray 1-903-233-3094

Lessons include both functional objects created on the wheel and hand-built sculptural clay forms. Final projects will be completed using alternative outdoor firing processes including raku and smoke-firing.
