Through our SKOR program, participants build self-confidence and social skills, form lifelong friendships, and strive to achieve their highest potential. This session includes: speed/ agility, field session, functional training, small sided games, 11 vs 11, indoor session. Campers should sign-in at 8:00 am on the field. Summer Program 2016 Castle Creek Elem. - Castle Creek Elementary
Our unique summer program is designed for incoming 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders. We have now added K, and 1st. We provide a fun-filled environment where students can learn the various skills needed to be successful in school and in life. Parents choose two classes for their students to be enrolled in. Classes are Monday-Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Castle Creek. Kodu & Logo Programming - The Evergreen School
Students will learn how to program their own computer games and simulations, using Microsofts Kodu interactive game development environment and NetLogo, developed at Northwestern University. They will design their own landscapes for their Kodu character to navigate, add apples to collect and score points, and much more in this visual, block-based programming language. Well learn NetLogo by exploring models of ant colonies, traffic simulations, and the theory of wolf-sheep predation. Then students will design their own scenarios and even create games by typing in simple text-based code. No previous experience necessary. 206-957-1533
