My daughter and son thrived at this camp. They are both active children who would rather be outdoors than inside. They are also very social, which is why they loved the fact this camp draws campers from all over the world. Prerequisite: Passed Basic 5. This camp will teach skaters how to express emotion and exhibit true artistry on the ice, and also provide an exciting performance opportunity. Throughout the week, skaters will work on music interpretation, choreography, and rehearse for the performance.Please bring sneakers for off-ice workouts, snack, and a water bottle. The WCU Field Hockey Elite Level & GK Specialty Camp offers a unique op-portunity for the serious field hockey athlete. The camp has been designed to challenge athletes in settings different from the traditional camp situations. The camps will offer tactics and techniques in goal scoring, defensive strategy, and goal-keeping technique. Each evening will conclude under the lights with game play. These offerings will appeal to the serious field hockey athlete! EQUIPMENT Each camper should bring a stick, shinguards, sneakers or turf shoes, mouthguard, sunscreen, and a container of water (no glass). Goal-keepers must bring their own equipment. WCU and its camp staff are not re-sponsible for lost or missing items. All personal equip-ment should be marked with the campers name. 610-436-3555
