I went to Big Lake Youth Camp when I was younger and I always remembered it being the best part of my summer vacation. Now I send my son and he says the same thing. The counselors are super friendly and always helpful to my son. He has made so many new friendships that he’ll keep for many years. The ELC would like to invite you to our 6th Annual Summer Camp Splash. Our Summer Camp Splash will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Northwood Centre. This FREE community event will showcase over 50 summer camp programs in the Big Bend Region, and provide parents with the opportunity to ‘shop’ for summer camps for their children. We will also have fun activities for children of all ages including a bounce house, an outdoor slide, a massive outdoor sand pit, games, food trucks and much much more! EVERYONE IS WELCOME !! $10.00 for Driver and $5.00 for passenager includes: admission on ride, food after ride, beverage, entertainment and a chance to win $$. Bike/Car Registration at 10 am *First out at 11am **Eating at 1:30 pm ***Car/Motorcycle Show 1:30pm ~ 3:00 pm ****Some Trophies will be handed out for the Show. Will also have a Chinese Auction and special raffles. All proceeds go to Royal Family KIDS Camp. Its takes about $600 a child to send to camp. Winter Teen Retreat 2017! - Naches, WA
There are many things we have to survive in this world. Failures, conflicts, temptations, the list goes on. Though surviving the pressures and conflicts in our lives can be a tough and painful process, we can take comfort in the fact that like a piece of coal, we are being turned into precious diamonds for God's purpose. And in a culture that increasingly pushes Christians to the outskirts, it can be like being stranded on an island. But since the begining us Christians have been called to be set apart, "in the world but not of the world", and we know that through the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, that we can more than just meely survive, but we can strive! Join us this year in taking a stand on the principles and truths that the Word of God gives us, stepping up to live out our calling and purpose and learning how to transition from being Survivors to becomeing more than conquerors!! Now you see it! Now you dont! Go behind the scenes to prove that the hand is quicker than the eye, or so it seems. Campers will test the tricks of the trade and take home their very own optical illusion kit to become a master illusionist. 301-994-3080

This week with Virginia Fishing Adventures offers campers the opportunity to learn the basics of freshwater fishing, from casting, to lure and bait choices, to the best places to catch fish. We fish mostly private ponds with this younger camp to ensure success. Safety is our number one priority, so all campers will wear life jackets when in the water or on a boat.
