If you cancel after that date there will be a $15 fee. Low enrollment: "Take My Word For It!" occasionally has to cancel a class due to low enrollment. Summer Camps are no-frills, get-a-lot-done, fun-filled social events. We are trying something new this year! We will join Debi Morris at her campground, Traveler’s Woods. There will be no fee to crop and we will plan our potluck meals in advance. Camping is available – Campers with water/sewer/electric are $20.00/night; tents with electric plug are $10.00/night. Showers, a bathhouse, and a pool are available for campers. Optional Friday night add-on to camp. (Provide your own camper or tent, payment upon arrival.) Digital scrappers and card makers welcome at all events too! Join us for Saturday only or Sunday too.

Session 3: Leadership Training - The Hitchcock Center for the Environment
CAMP Leadership Training Camp is back for its third season in Summer 2016! We are thrilled to be continuing this program as a two-week session jam-packed with outdoor adventures, group challenges, nature hikes and leadership discussions. This exciting camp is a combination of all the usual Hitchcock camp games and songs and leadership skills that will apply to being a Junior Counselor at Hitchcock and just in life! We hope to incorporate our favorite activities from last year, such as rock climbing, the ropes course challenge and our camping overnight, and go on new trips too. Well get a chance to both work with the younger campers to put what we learn into practice and to be campers ourselves playing in the woods and exploring nature. This camp is designed for all Hitchcock campers ages 11-13 (entering sixth through eighth grade) whether youre a first-time Leader in Training or returning from last year. 4132566006.0

COURSE Campers will learn about the science of robotics with historical information, discoveries, and advances in robot technology. We will also spend time playing some fitness games, Dance Dance Revolution (DDR), and swimming in the pool, but our main focus will be the amazing art projects the kids will create. *****Please bring a nut free bag lunch***** Snack will be provided Please wear athletic shoes and bring a bathing suit towel and water bottle. Before care is available from 8-9 and aftercare is available from 2-6 for an additional fee. The Tee it Up Program is for never-ever golfers or those with little to no swing experience. Introduce your child to the game of golf in a low-stress environment. No clubs necessary or prior golf experience necessary. Tee it Up is held on a weekly basis for 1 hour at both SWG locations. We recommend at least four (4) Tee It Up Classes before an evaluation for our Medalist Program. YOU MAY SELECT YOUR ACTUAL CLASSES FROM THE SCHEDULE STARTING MARCH 1. CLASSES ARE HELD AT TPC ON SATURDAYS FROM 9-10AM AND AT TUNXIS ON SATURDAYS FROM 2-3PM.
