Have you ever wondered how to make Flubber or how to make invisible ink? If so, this is the camp for you. The week will include fun and wacky crafts that make us smile. This includes making quick sand, a volcano, glow water and more. Many of the crafts will be things that can be taken home and played with. Kids Camp Fundraiser Lunch - Burlington, KS
LWC will be serving chili, chicken & noodles, and baked potatoes at the museum's annual Kansas Day celebration. Various desserts will also be served. Proceeds will go towards sending students in grades 3-5 to camp this summer. LWC expects to send over 20 kids to camp this year. Safety Camp - Blue Heron Elementary School
Lino Lakes Public Safety Department, Centennial Lakes Police Department, Centennial Fire District, Lexington Fire Department, and Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department present the Annual Safety Camp! Unintentional injuries are the leading cause of serious injury and/or death of children. This camp is taught by those who respond to those types of incidents each day in an effort to reduce the numbers of injuries that occur each year. The camp includes sessions on bike safety, fire safety, 911 procedure, water safety, personal safety, electrical safety, outdoor safety and first aid - all in an informative and fun atmosphere. The knowledge campers learn will allow them to make the right decisions when faced with unsafe conditions. Safety Camp is intended for children entering 4th grade the fall of 2016. Pre-registration is required and limited to the first 150 participants Priority will be given to residents residing in Lino Lakes, Circle Pines, Lexington, and Centerville until June 17. After this date, any person who wishes to register may do so. Note: An informational packet will be mailed out to all registered participants one week prior to the camp date. USF June Full Day Futsal Camp - USF Corbett Soccer Stadium
Our full day Futsal camp is from 9am-4pm daily, Monday-Thursday. Futsal camp will help players improve technically and forces them to play quicker, be creative, and use correct techniques for receiving, turning and passing. To keep the ball, players have to be always moving and adjusting to keep up with the speed of play. Camp includes training in both our indoor gymnasiums and outdoors, all you can eat buffet style lunch in USFs air-conditioned dining hall on campus Monday-Thursday.
